Donna first joined the Century 21 Novocastrian team in 1991, but left temporarily to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams and purchase her own business. However, her passion for property management drew her back to the team in 2010, where she initially took on the role of Property Manager's Assistant. In this position, Donna gained invaluable experience in handling repairs, maintenance, periodic inspections, and arrears, further enhancing her skill set and strengthening her commitment to delivering exceptional service.
After just nine months as a Property Manager's Assistant, Donna's vast experience and knowledge led her to assume the role of a Property Manager. With her strong background in property management and her unwavering dedication to client satisfaction, Donna is committed to providing the best possible service to her clients. Her extensive experience allows her to navigate complex situations with ease, ensuring that landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders receive the highest level of service and support.
Outside of her professional life, Donna finds solace in spending her weekends outdoors with her husband and two children, Demi and Kurt. These moments of relaxation and connection with her family rejuvenate her, providing the perfect balance to her demanding role in property management.
