With over 20 years of experience at Century 21 Novocastrian, Melissa has built a diverse and accomplished career within the business. She began as the receptionist, progressed to Marketing Manager, and ultimately found her long-term passion as the Trust Accounts Operator — a role she has dedicated most of her career to. Backed by a Diploma of Business, a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Industrial Relations, and as a Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent, Melissa combines extensive knowledge with a genuine commitment to excellence.

Known for her attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, Melissa ensures clients receive a seamless, professional service. She takes pride in helping clients navigate complex situations with confidence, making sure their needs are met and that they feel supported every step of the way. Her dedication to accuracy, integrity, and compassion has made her a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at her daughter's school and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters, Chloe and Mia.
