- Entering the property – #inspections# and after hours –ongoing inspections, routine inspections, final inspection, opening premises
- Conditions of tenancy – pets, water, car parking
- Maintaining the property – no smoking, pot plants. ails/hooks, rubbish removal, gutters, gardens, repairs and emergency repairs
- Giving notice – subletting, periodic leases, breaking your lease, lease end
- Vacating – keys, forwarding address, final accounts, mail redirection, bond refunds
