Most importantly, it was about ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Before looking forward, we took the time to recognise and celebrate our team's success in 2024. Last year was filled with milestones, including:

  • General Commission Income (GCI) targets achieved, demonstrating our success in sales and property management
  • Recognition at industry awards, reinforcing our reputation as one of Newcastle's top real estate teams. These acheivements include: REB Property Management Business of the year 2024, REIA Finalist Residential PM Team of the year, Rob Russell celebrating 25 years in the industry and winning the Centurion award, Suzanne Hill and Casey Healey also winning the Centurion award, plus many more awards won within Century 21 Australia.

4. Enhancing Client Relationships with a Value Reset with Kylie Walsh from Regrowth Consultancy

This includes resetting our core company values with Kylie Walsh from Regrowth Consultancy. We have introduced LEAP (Loyalty, Energy, Accountability, and Passion) which our team has collectively agreed upon are the values we strongly believe upholds our business.

A Fun and Engaging Event to Start the Year

Kickstart 2025 wasn't just about business. We made sure to include plenty of fun and team bonding too!

  • We introduced "The Bell", a new tradition where we ring a bell to celebrate wins – whether it's a new property listing, a sale, a lease, or a glowing Google review.
