Leasing Activity: In August, we successfully leased 32 properties, with an average rent of $656. Properties were on the market for an average of 9.5 days, generating 1,109 inquiries, 345 inspections, and 291 applications.

Routine Inspections: We carry out inspections every 6 months (with the first occurring within 8 weeks of a tenancy), ensuring properties are well-maintained. You’ll receive detailed reports, including photos and videos, after each inspection.
